mothers' day celebration

had a super full buffet dinner at penang place restaurant- atrium international business park. looking at the name of the restaurant and you get a good idea of the kind of food you can expect to find. not a lot of variety, but the standard is not bad.the specialty is their fried kway teow.

other foods include- beef rendang, chicken curry with french loaf, chili crab with mantou, various kuehs including a BLUE one, satay, nasi lemak, bobo chacha, laksa, rojak, chendol, ginseng chicken soup and some fried stuff.

drawback was that there was no beverages included in the buffet, if you wanted coffee or soft drinks, there's an additional charge.

dinner started early about 530pm, and ended about 8pm. some of my relatives went RWS to indulge in some late night entertainment. i wanted to join, but i don't want to waste $100. haha

as a tiny token for mothers' day,this was what i bought mum.
